Acrylic on canvas, 12x16"

The painting is on a stretched canvas, painted round the sides, with a string on the back, so it is ready to hang as it is, or can be framed if you prefer.

Down a woodland path signs of Spring were here and there. As we turned a corner we saw a bank dotted with primroses. As well as the primroses I liked the variety of shapes of the different weeds. Nature had placed them into a beautiful composition which made me want to paint it.
